Die­ses Blog ist in der Zeit zwischen 6:00 und 22:00 Serverzeit nicht erreichbar

Der Grund ist, wie bei Isotopp, der neue Jugend­me­di­en­staats­ver­trag, der gerade ver­ab­schie­det wird und der Ende des Jah­res in Kraft tre­ten wird. Nach die­sem Ver­trag müßte ich für eine dauerhafte Erreichbarkeit alle meine Inhalte durch­ge­hen und mit einem Alters­la­bel ver­se­hen. Dafür habe ich keine Zeit und es wäre auch nicht produktiv.

Für die Inhalte, die ab 16 oder ab 18 ein­ge­stuft sind (und das ist das Default-Label) müßte ich außer­dem einen wirk­sa­men Zugangs­schutz mit Alters­kon­trolle imple­men­tie­ren. Einen sol­ches zuge­las­se­nes Ver­fah­ren gibt es der­zeit nicht, und wenn es das gäbe, wäre es nicht kos­ten­frei zu haben — und ich habe keine Lust, für meine kos­ten­frei ange­bo­te­nen Inhalte Geld auf­zu­wen­den, noch habe ich Lust, mein Blog in ein Geschäft umzuwandeln.

Wenn ich das nicht mache, öffne ich mich einem beträcht­li­chen finan­zi­el­len Risiko durch Abmah­nun­gen und das will ich nicht tragen.

Daher bliebe mir ansonsten nur die Kon­se­quenz, die Regeln für Internet-Startups auch auf meine eige­nen Inhalte anzu­wen­den: Nicht in Deutsch­land, nicht in deut­scher Spra­che und nicht für Deutsche. Diese Lösung ist ein schlechtes Pflaster, zeigt aber, welchen Irrsinn wir hier in D haben.

The reason is the youth media state treaty that is currently being ratified and will most probably come into effect at the end of the year. After this contract I would have to go through all content on this page and apply an age label. But I have no time for that and it would not be productive.

For content, that is classified as PG-16 or 18 (and this is the default label) I would also have to implement effective access control protection. Right now, there is no such existing procedure that is approved, and even if, it wouldn't be available for free – and I have no desire to spend money on distributing my free content, nor do I want to turn this hobby into a business.

If I did not do this, I would open myself to a considerable financial risk due to legal warnings and such.

The only alternative to this (very laughable) time constraint would otherwise be to apply the rules for Internet start-ups to my own website: Not in Germany, not in german and not for a german audience.

This “solution” is a bad patch, but it shows what sort of insanity we have right here in Germany.
